Black Stars and Middlesbrough midfielder, Albert Adomah, got his first goal for his new club but they lost 3-1 away to Ipswich Town in the Championship on Saturday.

Adomah slenced home fans at the Portman Road Stadium when he put the visitors ahead very early, in the 12th minute.

But the home fans were back in it, before the break. David McGoldrick pulled the home side level in the 34th minute.

Luke Chambers put them ahead in the 56th minute before McGoldrick got his brace with a 92nd-minute strike to seal the win.

Adomah started his fifth consecutive game since joining 'Boro and lasted the entire duration of the game.

The Lambeth-born 25-year-old made his Boro debut in the 1-0 win at Charlton after making a £1m switch from Bristol City.
