The exciting Ghana Premier League enters its fourth matchday of competition with all 8 matches scheduled for 3:00 pm at the various centers.
Top of the line will definitely be the match at the Wa Stadium where Wa All Stars will attempt to stop current league leaders, Kumasi Asante Kotoko. The Kumasi club, undefeated after three matches, will be well wary of the Upper West side considering that Wa has not always been a favourable ground for them.
However, if the form of Kotoko, their best start since 2007/2008, is anything to go by, then spectators are assured of a thrilling encounter tomorrow.
In what has been dubbed ‘The battle of the Professionals’, Amidaus will host Liberty at the Tema Statium while debutants Inter Allies will trek to the Bekwai Gyamfi Park to battle New Edubiase, as both sides chase their first point.
In the first of two regional derbies, Aduana coming from their win at Essipong will host regional rivals, Bechem united with local bragging rights at stake.
King Faisal hosts second-placed AshGold in the other regional derby and could count on the support of the Kotoko fans not with their team in Wa, to register their first win in this year’s league.
Hearts of Oak welcome Hasaacas to the Accra Sports Stadium in what has been widely considered a ‘cool chop’ for the free-scoring Phobians, with their sights set firmly on top of the league.
Nouveau-riche Medeama SC will also host former ‘Abramovich of Ghana’, Vincent Ahiakpor’s Hearts of Lions at the Tarkwa T&A park.
Ebusua Dwarfs play Berekum FC with both teams having produced mixed results and lie close to each other on the league table so far.
