Black Stars arriving for crucial qualifier against Egypt

Players of the Black Stars team, have started arriving in the country ahead of their clash with the Pharaohs of Egypt, on Tuesday the 15th of October, 2013.

Players like, Kwadwo Asamoah, Samuel Inkoom, Christian Atsu, South Africa-based trio of Fatua Duada, Awal Mohammed and Rashid Sumaila have all arrived.

Jerry Akaminko, who is making his return to the team, arrived at the Kotoka International Airport on Monday night. The Ayew brothers, Edwin Gyimah, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, Emmanuel Frimpong and Micheal Essein were also spotted at the Airport.

Strikers Asamoah Gyan and Abdul Majeed Warris touched down on Monday night.

Other players, Richard Kingson, Adam Kwarasey, David Addy, Mubarak Wakaso, Daniel Opare and Mahatma Otoo will join the team on Tuesday night. A full house is expected, before the team departs for Kumasi on Wednesday.

The Black Stars, will begin preparations towards next week’s game on Tuesday with training sessions at the Accra Sports Stadium.
