Hearts of Oak striker, Gilbert Fiamenyo, has denied claims he was a reason for the dismissal of head coach, David Duncan.
The striker vehemently denied these allegations on Asempa FM’s Fire for Fire hosted by Countryman Songo.
"It is not true I had a feud with Coach Duncan, all these stories circulating are false”.
"I have had sleepless nights after hearing all these stories. The supporters insult me, they believe am the reason for coach Duncan’s sack”.
“They should know I also love Hearts of Oak, I stayed with the club for some time, and my job here is to play. I am an upcoming player and this issue bothers me a lot”.
"We the players like coach Duncan very much because of his support. He encourages us to give our all”.
He further added, “My focus now is on the game against Medeama SC”.
The front man has scored just a goal for the Phobian side this season. He was bought from Kpando Heart of Lions some seasons ago.
