A group of players, alongside head coach Kwesi Appiah, today touched down in Yokohama to prepare against the Blue Samurai of Japan.
Japan, the first country to qualify for the 2014 Fifa World Cup to be held in Brazil, play host to their West African counterparts Ghana, in an international friendly on Tuesday. Ghana, who come in on the back of a crucial win against the Chipolopolo of Zambia, are geared up for the encounter.
Japan, on the other hand, continued their preparations with a three nil win over Guatamela in a friendly match on Friday morning. Goals from Keisuki Honda, Masato Kudo and Yasuhito Endo ensured a comfortable win for the Japenese.
