Ghana international Samuel Inkoom has secured a six-month loan deal with Greek side Platanias from Ukrainian side, Dnipropetrovsk.
The 24-year old was widely reported to be surplus to requirements in Juande Ramos squad. The diminutive player joined the Ukrainian side from Basel in 2011.
The player will now link up with Greek side Platanias FC for the remaining half of the season, an opportunity to secure regular game time.
Inkoom becomes the third Ghanaian player to secure a loan deal in the January transfer window. He was pivotal in the Black Stars qualification for the World Cup in Brazil.
Platanias FC are struggling in the Greek Super League with 19 points from 18 league games; they lie 14th on the league log.
