Christian Atsu scored in his side’s win but Agyemang Badu couldn’t say same as his goal could not avert his side’s loss. Agoronet continues to follow up on the Ghanaian exports who are inaction for their various teams.



In the League One, Prince Buaben played the entire game as Carlisle United lost 2-4 at home to Colchester United on Saturday.

Abdul Osman played 86 minutes as Crewe Alexandra lost 1-2 at home to leaders Leyton Orient on Saturday.


In the League Two, Jo Kuffour came on in the 71st minute as Wycombe Wanderers lost 0-1 at home to Oxford United on Saturday.

Patrick Agyemang (90 minutes) helped Portsmouth to a 1-1 home draw with Mansfield Town on Saturday.



In the Serie A, Kwadwo Asamoah played 80 minutes as leaders Juventus beat Sampdoria 4-2 at home on Saturday.

Alfred Duncan played the first 45 minutes of Livorno's 0-3 away loss at the hands of AS Roma on Saturday.

Emmanuel Agyemang Badu (90 minutes) scored the second goal (in the 68th minute) but Udinese lost 2-3 at home to Lazio on Sunday.

Isaac Cofie (90 minutes) helped Genoa to a 1-0 home win over Internazionale Milano on Sunday. Earned himself a 9th-minute yellow card.

Afriyie Acquah came on in the 85th minute as Parma went away and beat Chievo Verona 2-1 on Sunday.

Raman Chibsah played the entirety of Sassuolo's 0-2 home loss to Torino on Sunday.



In the Ligue 1, Jonathan Mensah played the entire game as Evian TG played a 0-0 away draw with Rennes on Saturday. John Boye is still on the recovery trail.

Jordan Ayew played 80 minutes as bottom Sochaux lost 0-2 to Montpellier at home on Saturday.



In the La Liga, Richmond Boakye Yiadom came on in the 76th minute and provided the assist for the second goal as Elche beat Rayo Vallecano 2-0 at home on Saturday.



In the Pro League, Daniel Opare asked to be substituted in the 36th minute, his Standard Liège went on to beat KV Oostende 2-0 at home on Saturday.

Nana Kwesi Asare played 90 minutes as Gent lost 0-1 at home to Kortrijk on Saturday. 32nd-minute yellow card.

Bennard Yao Kumordzi came on in the 61st minute as Genk lost 0-1 away to Zulte-Waregem on Sunday.



In the 1 Division, Moustapha Quaynor played the entirety of lowly Alki's 1-2 home defeat to leaders Apollon on Saturday.



In the Eredivisie, Kwame Quansah played the first 45 minutes of Heracles' 1-3 away loss to leaders FC Twente on Friday. Shadrach Eghan was unused for the hosts. Matthew Amoah is still out injured (hamstring).

Christian Atsu helped Vitesse Arnhem to a 2-1 away victory over PEC Zwolle, scoring a 3rd minute opener on Saturday. That was the Chelsea loanee's 2nd goal in 11 games.



David Addy (90 minutes) returned for Vitória Guimarães, helping them to a 1-0 away won over lowly Olhanense on Friday. His first game of 2014.


South Africa

In the PSL, Edwin Gyimah played 36 minutes as SuperSport United went away and beat Orlando Pirates 2-1 on Saturday. Fatau Dauda was absent for the hosts.



In the Ligue 1, Harrison Afful helped leaders Esperance de Tunis to a 3-0 home win over CS Hammam-Lif on Saturday.



In the 1 Lig, Emmanuel Banahene played the entire game as Sanliurfaspor lost 0-2 at home to Manisaspor on Saturday.

Kwame Amponsah Karikari played 89 minutes as Balikesirspor played a 1-1 home draw with Fethiyespor on Sunday.

Toric Jebrin played the entire game as 1461 Trabzon walloped Denizlispor 5-1 at home on Sunday.

In the League, Asamoah Gyan played the entire game as his Al Ain played a 0-0 away draw with bottom Ajman on Saturday.
