Managing Director of Accra Hearts of Oak, Neil Armstrong Mortagbe has reiterated that the ''restoration of Phobian glory'' is still on course.
Hearts of Oak suffered back to back defeats to Wa All Stars and fans have begun to question if the mandate if even achievable.
In an interview with local radio outfit Power FM, Neil Armstrong beleives things will improve.
''I believe we are still on the road to restoring Phobian glory. Along that path everything will not be rosy. This phase is just part of the boost we need to help get the club to where we have set, we need to manage this phase properly’’.
Neil Armstrong, despite a disastrous start to the second round of the league, believes its work in progress.
''It’s a three year agenda, bear in mind we are just about a year through, I believe by the end of the season and the start of the next season we should be seeing more signs of the ''restoration of phobian glory''.
