Kwadwo Asamoah who has been consistent for Serie A champions Juventus got his first goal of the season, a beautifully worked one. Another unusual source of goals, who got one this past weekend, is Harrison Afful for his side, defending champions of the Tunisian League, Esperance de Tunis.

In the Championship, Emmanuel Frimpong returned from serving his red card ban to play the entirety of Barnsley's 2-2 away draw with Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.

Albert Adomah played the entire game as Middlesbrough lost 0-1 away at Watford on Saturday.

 

In the League One, Abdul Haq Bin Seidu Osman played 77 minutes as Crewe Alexandra lost 1-3 to leaders Brentford at home on Saturday.

Kwesi Appiah came on in the 59th minute as Notts County lost 0-2 away at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

 

In the League Two, Patrick Agyemang came on in the 59th minute as Portsmouth beat AFC Wimbledon 1-0 at home on Saturday.

 

Italy

In the Serie A, Sulley Muntari came on in the 63rd minute as AC Milan beat Bologna by a lone wonder Balotelli goal on Friday. Michael Essien was an unused sub.

Kwadwo Asamoah (90 minutes) opened the scoring for leaders Juventus who hosted Chievo Verona and beat them 3-1 at home on Sunday.

Alfred Duncan played 76 minutes as Livorno went away to beat Cagliari 2-1 on Sunday.

Raman Chibsah came on in the 67th minute as bottom Sassuolo lost 0-2 at home to Napoli on Sunday.

Afriyie Acquah played 68 minutes as Parma went away and thrashed Atalanta 4-0 on Sunday. He earned himself a 12th-minute yellow card.

Emmanuel Agyemang Badu (90 minutes) gave the assist for the opener as Udinese drew 3-3 away with Isaac Cofie's Genoa on Sunday. Cofie was an unused sub.

 

In the Serie B, Masahudu Alhassan played the entire game as Latina beat Cittadella 1-0 at home on Saturday.

Amidu Salifu played the entire game as Modena hosted and thrashed AS Bari 4-0 on Sunday. He earned himself a 30th-minute yellow card.

 

Germany

In the Bundesliga, Kevin-Prince Boateng played 90 minutes as Schalke 04 went away to beat Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 on Saturday. Anthony Annan was an unused sub.

 

In the 2.Bundesliga, Baba Rahman played the entirety of Greuther Fürth's 1-1 home draw with Karlsruher SC on Friday.

Phil Ofosu-Ayeh played the entire game as MSV Duisburg beat Rot Weiss Erfurt 3-2 at home on Saturday.

 

France

In the Ligue 1, Abdul Majeed Waris played 80 minutes as Valenciennes were beaten 3-0 away at leaders PSG's Parc des Princes on Friday.

Jordan Ayew played 62 minutes as Sochaux beat Guingamp 1-0 at home on Saturday.

Andre Ayew played the entire game as Marseille drew 1-1 away at Saint-Étienne on Sunday.

In the La Liga, Richmond Boakye Yiadom came on in the 84th minute as Elche played a 0-0 home draw with Osasuna on Friday.

Mohammed Fatau played the entire game as Granada beat bottom Real Betis 1-0 at home on Sunday. Richard Boateng was an unused sub for the home side.

 

Belgium

In the Pro League, Nana Kwesi Asare played the entire game as Gent drew 1-1 at home with Lokeren on Sunday. Eugene Ansah was an unused sub for the visitors.

               

Croatia

In the 1HNL, Lee Addy played the entire game as leaders Dinamo Zagreb came back to beat NK Split 2-1 at home on Saturday.

 

Cyprus

In the 1 Division, Moustapha Quaynor played the entire game as Alki lost 1-2 at home to APOEL Nicosia on Saturday.

Ebo Andoh was replaced in the 57th minute by Carlos Ohene as AEL Limassol went away to beat Anorthosis 2-0 on Sunday.

Razak Nuhu played 61 minutes as Apollon Limassol beat Enosis Neon Paralimni 3-0 at home on Sunday.

 

Egypt

In the Premier League, Samuel Owusu opened the scoring for Group 1 leaders Smouha who beat El Raha 2-0 at home on Sunday.

 

Greece

In the Super League, Samuel Inkoom (72 minutes) and Aziz Tetteh (90 minutes) both played in Platanias' 2-4 away loss to Olympiakos Piraeus on Saturday.

               

Netherlands

In the Eredivisie, Shadrach Eghan played 65 minutes as FC Twente beat Christian Atsu's (90 minutes) Vitesse Arnhem 2-0 at home on Saturday. Eghan was shown a yellow card in the 64th minute.

 

Portugal

David Addy played the entire game as Vitória Guimarães beat Rio Ave 1-0 at home on Sunday.

 

South Africa

In the PSL, Fatau Dauda finally made his first full debut for Orlando Pirates, and conceded a goal as his side lost 0-1 away at Bay United (Polokwane City) on Saturday.

John Arwuah played 82 minutes as AmaZulu lost 0-1 at home to Wits University (Bidvest Wits) on Saturday.

Mohammed Awal played the entire game as Maritzburg United were beaten 2-1 away at Mpumalanga Black Aces on Sunday.

 

Switzerland

In the Super League, Ebenezer Assifuah-Inkoom played 51 minutes, Ishmael Yartey came on in the 74th minute as FC Sion lost 0-1 away to leaders Basel on Saturday.

Samuel Afum came on in the 69th minute as 2nd-placed Young Boys recorded a 5-3 home victory over bottom Lausanne Sport on Sunday.
