Jordan Ayew finally got his first goal in eight games for Sochaux. Also on the score sheet was Nana Kwesi Asare of Belgium outfit Gent. Gideon Baah made his debut for his new side HJK Helsinki. And Nike shooting star David Accam’s single goal ensured victory for Helsingborg in the Swedish Cup competition.

In the Championship, Emmanuel Frimpong played 77 minutes as Barnsley were thrashed 5-0 away at Huddersfield Town on Saturday. He earned himself a 62nd-minute yellow card.

Albert Adomah played 58 minutes as Middlesbrough lost 0-1 at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.

Jeffery Schlupp played the entire game as leaders Leicester City beat Charlton Athletic 3-0 at home on Saturday.

 

In the League Two, Jo Kuffour came on in the 77th minute as Wycombe Wanderers drew 1-1 away at Southend United on Saturday.

 

Italy

In the Serie A, Afriyie Acquah came on in the 68th minute as Parma beat bottom Sassuolo 1-0 away on Sunday.

Alfred Duncan came on in the 82nd minute as Livorno drew 1-1 at home with Napoli on Sunday.

Kwadwo Asamoah played the entire game as Juventus went away to beat AC Milan 2-0 on Sunday. Michael Essien was left on the host's bench.

 

In the Serie B, Masahudu Alhassan played the entire game as Latina beat Padova 3-0 at home on Friday.

Amidu Salifu played the entire game as Modena drew 0-0 at home with FC Crotone on Saturday.

 

Germany

In the Bundesliga, Kevin-Prince Boateng (90 minutes) and Schalke 04 were at the end of Bayern München's 5-1 drubbing on Saturday.

 

In the 2.Bundesliga, Abdul Baba Rahman played the entire game as Greuther Fürth beat FSV Frankfurt 3-2 at home on Sunday.

 

In the 3.Liga, Phil Ofosu-Ayeh played the entire game as MSV Duisburg drew 0-0 with Wehen Wiesbaden at home on Saturday.

 

France

In the Ligue 1, Abdul Majeed Waris played the entire game as Valenciennes lost 1-3 away at Reims on Saturday. He was shown a 79th-minute yellow card.

John Boye played the entire game as Rennes lost 0-2 at home to Guingamp on Saturday.

Jordan Ayew finally got his first goal for Sochaux on Saturday. He came on in the 68th minute and opened the scoring for them two minutes later as they beat Bordeaux 2-0 at home.

Andre Dede Ayew played the entire game as Olympique De Marseille lost 0-2 away at PSG on Sunday.

 

In the Ligue 2, Dennis Appiah helped Caen to a 2-1 home win over Clermont on Friday.

 

Spain

In the La Liga, Richmond Boakye Yiadom came on in the 82nd minute as Elche beat Celta de Vigo 1-0 at home on Saturday.

 

Belgium

In the Pro League, Eugene Ansah came on in the 86th minute as Sporting Lokeren lost 0-1 away (1st time since November) to Mechelen on Friday.

Nana Kwesi Asare (90 minutes) scored the equaliser as Gent beat Sporting Charleroi 2-1 at home on Saturday.

Bennard Yao Kumordzi played the entire game as KRC Genk were beaten 0-2 away at Anderlecht on Sunday.

               

Finland

Gideon Baah played his first game for HJK Helsinki, who lost 0-3 away to ROPS Rovaniemi in the Finnish League Cup on Friday.

 

Netherlands

In the Eredivisie, Kwame Quansah helped Heracles to a 1-1 home draw with Heerenveen on Friday.

Christian Atsu played 80 minutes and provided the assist for the first goal as Vitesse Arnhem beat Roda JC 3-0 at home on Saturday.

Elvis Manu scored the equaliser for Cambuur as they went away to draw 1-1 with Groningen on Sunday.

 

Portugal

David Addy played the entire game as Vitória Guimarães drew 2-2 at home with FC Porto on Sunday. 19th-minute yellow card.

 

Sweden

David Accam's goal ensured victory in Group 3 as Helsingborg beat Ljungskile 1-0 at home in the Svenska Cupen on Saturday. Ema Boateng played 87 minutes for the hosts.

Tom Boakye played the entire game as Östersunds FK lost 0-3 away at Elfsborg and sit bottom of Group 4 in the Svenska Cupen on Saturday.

Yussif Chibsah came on in the 70th minute as Djurgården fell to a 1-2 away loss to Sirius in the Swedish Svenska Cupen on Sunday.

               

Turkey

In the Super Lig, Jerry Akaminko played the entire game as Eskişehirspor drew 0-0 at home with Kasımpaşa.

 

In the 1Lig, Richard Kingson was in post for Balıkesirspor who drew 2-2 at home with Samsunspor on Sunday.
