Goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey had to pull out of training on Tuesday due to a suspected thigh injury, he will be assessed by the team’s medical staff today to determine the degree of the injury.
The Black Stars side are fine tuning their preparations for the World Cup in Miami but the shot stopper left the session early due to the injury.
The 26-year old has been in incredible form this season for club side Strømsgodset, making numerous appearances and is in pole position for the number one spot.
The news will be a devastating one for Ghana and Coach Kwesi Appiah with the World Cup a fortnight away.
All the other members of Kwesi Appiah’s 23-man squad trained at the Florida International University.
The Black Stars will play South Korea in their final trial game on Monday after which the team will depart USA for the tournament in Brazil.
