Black Stars and AC Milan midfielder, Sulley Ali Muntari, along with Mario Barwuah Balotelli saved Milan an embarrasment when they each scored late goals to earn their side a 2-2 draw away at Torino on Saturday evening.
For most part of the match, Milan were down. Second half goalsfrom Danilo D'Ambrosio (47') and Alessio Cerci (71') stunned Milan and more than not, resigned them to a shocking defeat.
But Milan showed why they are a top team and staged a great comeback to salvage a point.
Muntari's 88th-minute goal can be described as bizzare, at least. Muntari slipped when he was shooting and found the ball trickling into the net. Milan were back in it.
And in the very dying embers of the game, the referee adjudged that Andrea Poli had been fouled by Giovanni Pasquale inside the box. Up stepped Balotelli to take the last kick of the game, with a mean streak of converting all 20 penalties before this. And in the 96th minute, Super Mario made it 21 in 21. 2-2.
