Ernst Middendorp has resigned as Maritzburg United manager. The news of his departure was released on Thursday through his agent, Steve Kapeluschnik, who confirmed that the 54-year old has left the Kwa-Zulu Natal outfit.
The statement read: "I would like to thank the players, management and staff at Maritzburg United, I have enjoyed my time with the club and I wish them all the best in the future,".
It is believed that the German tactician is being lined up for Bloemfontein Celtic, who are without a manager following Clinton Larsen's resignation.
