Asamoah in Juventus loss to Real Madrid

Kwadwo Asamoah's Juventus went down by 2-1 in their Champions League top liner against Real Madrid.

Asamoah who started the match from the bench put in an average performance as his side searched for the much needed points.

Madrid took the lead through Crristiano Ronaldo in the 5th minute. Llorente equalised on his trip back home to Spain in the 22nd
minute.

Chellini was adjudged to have fouled Sergio Ramos in a corner melee and Cristiano Ronaldo stepped up to convert the resultant penalty to restore his side's lead and his second for the night.

Asamoah came on to replace Andrea Pirlo after 58 minutes with his side already a man down after Chellini was sent off for a foul on Ronaldo earlier in the second half.

The Italians increased their attack on the home side when Giovinco came on but try as they did, they could not find the equaliser.

The results now leaves the Turin side third placed and almost out of the Champions League.
