Ghanaian Players Abroad – 7 November: Yahaya grabs brace, Thursday Europa and more…

Agoronet brings you another round up of Ghanaian players, in the UEFA Europa League, and in the other leagues.

A relatively unknown 23-year old midfielder, Seidu Yahaya, helped his team (Astra Giurgiu) to a close away victory against Săgeata Năvodari, scoring twice.

Mubarak Wakaso came on in the 76th minute as Rubin Kazan' beat Wigan Athletic 1-0 at home.

David Addy lasted the whole game as Vitória Guimarães lost 1-0 at home to Real Betis.

Daniel Opare's (90 mins) Standard Liège were beaten 1-3 at home by Isaac Vorsah's Salzburg. Opare, yellow-carded in the 87th minute.

Bernard Yao Kumordzi was a 90th-minute sub for Genk, who drew 2-2 away with Rapid Wien.

Lee Addy played the entirety of Dinamo Zagreb's 0-2 away loss to PSV Eindhoven.

Davidson Drobo-Ampem (90 mins) helped Esbjerg to a 1-0 home defeat of Elfsborg.

Isaac Sackey helped Slovan Liberec to a 1-1 away draw with Sevilla. He was yellow-cardded in the 77th minute.

Hamza Zakari played 66 minutes of Tromsø's 1-0 home loss to Anzhi Makhachkala.



In the Liga I, Seidu Yahaya (65 mins) grabbed a brace as Astra Giurgiu held on to beat Săgeata Năvodari 4-3 away.

Asamoah Gyan played 90 minutes as Al Ain lost 1-3 away to Al Jazira in the UAE League Cup.
