Secretary General of Ghana Athletics Association (GAA), Bawa Fuseini, has heaped praise on the organisers of the 27th Accra Milo Marathon.
The event held on Saturday, 21st September saw Alhaji Kassim Mohammed of the Ghana Army (Air Force) dethrone last year's champion, Kenyan Alex Kimeli.
Mr Fuseini congratulated the winner and the organisers as well.
"The event has been very good. I'm very impressed with the organisation. I'm happy with Kassim, for winning this year round. Everything has been to perfection.
"This has been a big improvement on last year's competition. The start and finish points were not well organised last year. But this year they were able to sort out the starting point.
"It's only the finish point that still needs touching up to eliminate the hitches. The media always crowd there. But by international standards, the media are given space so that there is order."
